一、Overview
1.The automatic reporting system is the core system of ground communication services at civil aviation airports, The system sends, receives, and forwards civil aviation telegrams in AFTN and SITA formats, and automatically exchanges telegraph files between airport control, intelligence, meteorological, and other departments according to the prescribed telegraph level, routing, and time limit requirements.
2.The information processed by the system through storage and forwarding includes flight plans, flight dynamics, navigation information, airport weather conditions, route weather forecasts, and various information related to civil aviation flight safety.These telegraph data exchange information are directly related to flight safety and production efficiency, and are crucial for airport aviation security assurance.

四、Characteristic
1.Network mode, simple structure: based on TCP/IP network structure, use advanced network communication technology to send and receive telegrams; It is composed of server, core switch, serial port server and telegraph terminal.
2.Universal equipment, easy to maintain: Universal network equipment, such as network switch, firewall, serial port server, etc., are used to facilitate later maintenance.
3.Dual machine hot standby, stable performance: dual server active standby mode is adopted. When one server fails, the system will automatically switch to the other server.
4.Real time processing and efficient operation: use an efficient database to save telegram files in a timely manner, providing a strong guarantee for the rapid forwarding and query of telegrams.
5.Graphical interface, easy to operate: Windows operating system is adopted, the management and transmission terminals are graphical interfaces, and icons are used to display the real-time status of channels or servers.
6.Sound prompt and timely alarm: provide graphic dialog box and alarm sound mode to timely remind maintenance personnel of faults or prompts to prevent omission.
