二、Overview
ILS Localizer (LLZ) host outputs RF carrier signals, which are then fed into the LLZ antenna simulator. This antenna simulator serves as both a transmitting signal load (replacing the function of the LLZ transmitting antenna) and a coupled and mixed output RF monitoring signal (replacing the function of the LLZ monitoring antenna to sample RF signals). Ultimately, this ensures that all monitoring parameters of the LLZ monitor are in normal working condition, with no early warnings or alarms for LLZ monitoring parameters.
三、Characteristic
1. Applicable to all ILS Localizer systems (ILS520, NM7000B, ILS2100, ILS410, ILS420, etc.).
2. When the LLZ antenna simulator is used for dual-frequency ILS course beacons, it inputs 4-channel RF signals, marked as course COU CSB and COU SBO, clearance CLR CSB and CLR SBO.
3. The course COU CSB and clearance CLR CSB radio frequency signals have an adjustable input power range of 5 to 30W, while the course COU SBO and clearance CLR SBO radio frequency signals have an adjustable input power range of 0.1 to 0.5W.
4. The LLZ antenna simulator mixes and outputs 4 channels of RF monitoring signals, labeled as DS (width), CL (course), NF (near field), and CLR (clearance). The RF monitoring signal level intensity range is -40 to 10 dBm.
