二、Overview

"Civil Aviation Equipment Central Monitoring System" aggregates and processes the monitoring data of various types of equipment in the airport air traffic control equipment room (communication, navigation, meteorology), as well as the dynamic environmental monitoring data of the equipment room (temperature and humidity, AC voltage, DC voltage, air conditioning status, fire alarm, burglar alarm, access control, and other sensors) through the CCMS-100A industrial control host. The data is then sent to the central server in the air traffic control building for centralized processing. Finally, the monitoring results collected from each station are displayed on the LED screen, providing intuitive instructions to the personnel on duty and allowing them to keep track of the working conditions of the equipment and the equipment room environment at any time.

四、Highlights

1. Taking the navaid equipment of a navigation station as an example, install a PC at the station, log in and run the RMM operation software program of the navaid equipment for a long time, install a set of CCMS acquisition software on the PC at the same time, collect the monitoring parameters of the navaid equipment every 1 second, use the screen capture and image recognition technology, store the collected data into the database, and finally display the monitoring data synchronized with the collected equipment on the station PC computer.

2. The monitoring data collected by all stations will finally be transmitted to the "main server of centralized monitoring system" in the central console of the navigation management building for processing, and the normal value, early warning value and alarm threshold value of navaid equipment monitoring parameters will be preset as the basis for judging the normal, early warning and alarm status of equipment, and assisted as the monitoring terminal of navaid equipment.

3. Air traffic control equipment monitoring type: all navaid equipment such as DVOR, DME, ILS, NDB/MB; All VHF radio and other communication equipment; All AWS, AWOS and other meteorological equipment and monitoring equipment can realize monitoring data collection.

4. Data acquisition type of dynamic ring equipment: temperature and humidity, battery voltage, AC voltage, smoke, infrared anti-theft, door magnet, water immersion sensor, air conditioning controller, etc.

5. Statistical analysis of monitoring data: the software displays each monitoring data (RF level, DDM, SDM value of course CL, width DS, clearance CLR and near-field NF) of the navaid equipment, and the change curve chart within the one-year acquisition cycle, so that the maintenance personnel can track and analyze the dynamic change of each parameter of the equipment for a long time.

The second is to make a call to the bundled mobile phone card, answer the AI voice prompt, and inform the equipment of the failure. The third is to give an alarm prompt for the tied fixed line phone.
