YZG-06B fiberglass flexible rod
一、Business
“Bright Aviation” produces and supplies various specifications and models of fiberglass flexible rod (towers), including turnkey projects such as installation and commissioning, technical guidance, after-sales service, technical consultation, etc.
二、Overview
1、Fiberglass flexible rod (easy to break pole) uses epoxy resin glass fiber (glass fiber reinforced plastic) as the main pole, and the two ends of the main pole are combined with aluminum alloy structural parts. It is used in the application scenarios of antenna towers (poles), lightning protection support poles and other equipment such as civil aviation airport communication, navigation, weather, radar, navigation aid lighting, etc.
2、The breakable rod is accompanied by a third-party test report provided by a nationally recognized testing institution, which includes reports on the breakable rod offset test, wind pressure test, and breakability test.
三、Appearance
1、Navaid Light
2、Communication Navigation Surveillance Equipment
3、Security Equipment
4、Weather Equipment
四、Characteristic
1. Body material: Epoxy glass fiber. Light weight with strong tensile strength, but weak impact strength.
2. Ultraviolet resistance, corrosion resistance, extreme hot and cold weather resistance, strong wind resistance, small offset.
3. When subjected to impact, fiberglass breaks up instantaneously, causing less impact on the impactor, making it the most ideal material for the construction of frangible bars.
4. Circular tube design, which guarantees the bar body to have the same mechanical properties in 360 ° all directions, with the same strength for easy breaking and frangibility.
5. Electromagnetic interference to airport air control equipment: none. Non metallic material, free of any electromagnetic interference, to meet the airport navaid equipment signal jamming requirements.
6. Maintenance method: the base position of the foldable bar is upside down, or the center position of the foldable bar is hinged upside down.
五、Test Conclusion
According to CAAC,《General Technical Requirements and Inspection Specifications for Flexible and Fragile Pole Towers》, AC-137-CA-2014-01, a third party inspection agency was commissioned to install fiberglass frangible parts at the test site, and a true crash test was conducted. The test data were compared and analyzed as follows.
No. | Project | CAAC Standard | Test Data | Test Conclusion |
1 | Impact Force | ≤ 45kN | 19.48kN | Meet The Requirements |
2 | Impact Energy | ≤55kJ | 18.71kJ | Meet The Requirements |
3 | Vertical Offset | ≤±2° | 1.09° | Meet The Requirements |
4 | Wind Loads | ≥210Km/h | 270Km/h | Meet The Requirements |
Test conditions: According to CAA, General Technical Requirements and Inspection Specification for Fragile Pole and Tower, AC-137-CA-2014-01, requirements: 1. For frangible bars that may collide with an aircraft taking off or landing, they must be frangible when struck by an aircraft weighing 3000 kg and travelling at 140 km/h. 2. At the time of impact, the force exerted on the aircraft by the frangible bar shall not be greater than 45 kN; at the moment of contact of the aircraft with the frangible bar (about 100 ms), the maximum energy exerted on the aircraft by the frangible bar shall not be greater than 55 KJ. |
七、Application
1. Ground Inverted Foldable Bar
For navaid light foldable bars below 7 m in height, designed to be ground laid down, the foldable bar base plate is of hinge type, leaving a hoist interface, featuring light weight, simple installation and easy maintenance.
2、Intermediate Foldable Pole
For navaid light folding poles over 7 m in height, designed to be mid fold, mid fold, with mechanical locking device, external hand winch, safe and reliable, easy to operate.
3、Monobloc Foldable Pole
For navalised light folding posts over 13 m in height, provision is made for mounting pedestals that fold the folding posts in their entirety, enabling easy lamp maintenance.
4、Navigation aid light folding pole of Heze Airport, Shandong Province
5、Chongqing Yongchuan Airport Navaid Light Folding Pole
6、ATC Equipment Folding Pole
