Product Overview
1. The system provides data communication between the meteorological equipment distributed and constructed at the south, middle and north ends of the airport runway and the meteorological terminal equipment installed in the computer room of the air traffic control building. Through the transmission of equipment (optical cable, optical transceiver, switch, etc.), the forward or reverse data transmission of the optical ring network is realized to ensure that the data communication between the meteorological equipment and the equipment is still normal after the optical cable is damaged.
2. The disadvantage of point-to-point direct communication between the meteorological observatory and the air traffic control building is that after the communication cable is damaged, the meteorological terminal equipment in the air traffic control building will lose contact directly, which is likely to cause unsafe events.
Advantage
1. The transmission data of the optical ring network can be transmitted either in the forward direction (ATC building → north meteorological equipment → middle meteorological equipment → south meteorological equipment → ATC building) or in the reverse direction (ATC building → south meteorological equipment → middle meteorological equipment → north meteorological equipment → ATC building). The disconnection of any optical cable in the optical ring network will not affect the data transmission between equipment of each station.
2. 10 Gigabit transmission bandwidth meets the requirements of data transmission bandwidth.
3. The monitoring software configured in the background can visually display the optical cable on-off indication, optical loss value and data transmission status of each port of equipment at each station.
4. The access data types of the optical ring network are RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, IP, etc., and the access quantity is unlimited.
